What type of apartments do you have available?
The Chesterfield features a variety of studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartment homes for rent. Take a look at our floor plans.
How much is rent?
Rental rates vary by unit. Please contact the Leasing Office for the most up-to-date rental rates.
Are utilities included with rent?
Water and Trash Pick-up are included in your rent. Electricity is a fixed flat rate that will be included in your lease. We also have High-Speed Internet Available.
How long are your leases?
All Lease Agreements are for one year (12 months).
Can you help me find a roommate?
Yes. We're excited to invite you to find your roommate and meet other residents through the RoomSync app on Facebook.
